How we ship your order

Since your order is made only for you, it is difficult to determine an exact delivery date. Of course we try to keep the date we send in the order confirmation. Please also see our FAQ about shipping. So that your package comes quickly to you, we have the following production & shipping methods for you:

Standard production times:
Individual products may vary from standard production times, so always note the estimated delivery date for each product. The available shipping methods, costs and the current delivery time of your order will be displayed at checkout.

UK (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)

- Standard production and shipping: 18,90 € (excl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 productiondays

Tip: For delivery to UK you will receive an invoice exempt from German VAT (tax-free turnover according to § 4 No. 1a UStG ).

Norway

- Standard production and shipping: 18,90 € (excl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 productiondays

Tip: For delivery to Norway you will receive an invoice exempt from German VAT (tax-free turnover according to § 4 No. 1a UStG ).

Switzerland

- Standard production and shipping: 29,90 € (excl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 productiondays

Tip: For delivery to Switzerland you will receive an invoice exempt from German VAT (tax-free turnover according to § 4 No. 1a UStG ).

other countries in the EU (European Union)

- Standard production and shipping: 9,90 € (incl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 productiondays

Tip: If you provide a valid VAT ID number (UID), you will receive an invoice exempt from VAT (tax-free intra-community delivery).

Germany

- Standard production and shipping: 5,90 € (incl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 production days
- Priority production and shipping: 9,90 € (incl. VAT) plus 10% of the value of goods Delivery time: approx. 2-6 production days
- Express production and shipping: 14,90 € (incl. VAT) plus 20% of the value of goods Delivery time: approx. 1-3 production days
From a shopping cart value of 100 € (incl. VAT) you will receive your delivery within Germany free of shipping costs with standard production and shipping.

Austria

- Standard production and shipping: 8,90 € (incl. VAT) Delivery time: approx. 3-10 production days
-Express production and shipping: 14,90 € (incl. VAT) plus 20% of the value of goods Delivery time: approx. 2-4 production days

Tip: If you provide a valid VAT ID number (UID), you will receive an invoice exempt from VAT (tax-free intra-community delivery).

Delivery period:
The relevant period for determining the dispatch date refers to production days from Monday to Friday. Public holidays excluded.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The following applies to products with customer print data:
The delivery period begins one day after receipt of the printable data and full payment of the goods (including VAT). In the case of payment in advance, the date of receipt of payment on the account of myfolie GmbH is decisive as the date of payment.

For products without customer print data the following applies:
The delivery period starts one day after conclusion of the contract as well as complete payment of the goods (including VAT). In the case of payment in advance, the date of receipt of payment on the account of myfolie GmbH is decisive as the date of payment.

Attention:If there are problems with the delivered print data or inquiries about your order, please note that the delivery time may be delayed. As our products are usually custom made and may vary depending on the design, we cannot give an exact delivery date in advance. While some production steps are automated and can be done on any day, certain manual processes require regular Monday through Friday production days. For this reason, our estimated delivery time is based on the regular production schedule. Please note that orders must be received no later than 1pm, otherwise production time will be extended by one day.
