As part of the fulfillment of contracts, we use service providers for receivables management and debt collection on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR. For this purpose, we transmit order, address and payment data to our partner. If our own payment reminders and reminders are unsuccessful and we have reason to believe that an extended search of address data is necessary, we also transmit contact information such as e-mail address or telephone number on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract . DSGVO for the fulfillment of the contract.
