Why did only half of my delivery arrive?

In some cases we decide to send part of your order, which means we do not send the whole order at first. This will be noted on your delivery note, if this is not the case please contact us by e-mail.


Reasons for this can be:


  • We have not yet received any feedback for a change, but a part of your order could already be produced. So please check your emails again.

  • During production, part of your order has been damaged and must be produced again.

  • We had delivery problems and are therefore waiting for a new delivery etc.


We try to send your entire order as soon as possible and ask for your understanding.
