When will my order arrive?
In the checkout area, we will show you the estimated delivery date and also send it to you via email in the order confirmation. Sometimes the delivery date can be a bit earlier than stated. Since we work with various logistics companies, depending on location and shipping method, there may occasionally be delays of 1 to 2 days.
In any case, we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped. A few hours later, you will receive a tracking link for your package from the logistics company.
