How is the size calculated for custom shapes / without background or with outer contour?

The finished product will have at most the specified width and height. If your design does not match the proportions of these dimensions (e.g., if the design was not created according to our data sheet guidelines), it may happen that in the end, only the height or only the width exactly matches your specifications. This is because parts of the background are taken into account when calculating the size, but may ultimately be trimmed off during the cut-out process.
