Can I cancel / revoke my order?

Your order will be made individually for you. Once your order is in production, we can't cancel or change anything. Since we have automated many steps, we usually start the production of your order immediately after receipt of your order, regardless of the day of the week. Should something go wrong, please contact bei our support as soon as possible, in written. If the order is already being processed, we cannot cancel or change your order.

For stock products from our shop, the usual regulations according to the Distance Selling Act apply. The exact regulations can be found in the revocation instruction in our general terms and conditions as well as in your order confirmation (e-mail).
