I have not received an invoice, how can I request one?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice by e-mail as a PDF file. In the package itself there is only the delivery note. If you have not received an e-mail with the invoice attached, there may be various reasons (e.g. typing error in the e-mail address).
Please also check your Spam / Junkmail/ Advertising Folder. If you can't find an invoice, we can send you a copy. Please contact our customer service. However, please understand that this may take a few days depending on the amount of support you receive.
